As someone who is from out of state, finding a realtor was a daunting task. Erin was the first realtor to reach out to me and made me excited to find my dream home. The challenge with this house hunt was that I was not able to be around to tour houses or coordinate meetings. She handled it gracefully and was able to meet with my son during his schedule to make sure we found exactly what I was looking for! She made the process of finding a home so easy, she was the calming factor that everyone needs and made sure that we wouldn’t settle for just any home. Erin is hands down the best realtor on Cape Cod!
On a Friday morning, my husband and I decided we wanted to see a house that was coming on the market the next day. We found a few realtors online and made a list of people to call. Erin was the first person that I spoke to, and after talking with her, I didn’t feel like I needed to call anyone else.
She met us that afternoon to get all the paperwork done and right away made us feel like we were in great hands. There ended up being multiple offers on the house, and Erin walked us through all of our options and helped us figure out what we could do to make our offer as competitive as possible, while still making sure it was the right decision for us. And we got the house!
Throughout the whole process, Erin was incredibly responsive! But what really made her stand out is how well she knows the Cape. That local knowledge makes a huge difference, especially because we are from out of state. Any question we had (and we had them!), she either knew the answer off the top of her head or knew exactly who to call to get an answer.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Working with Erin was the best experience  I have ever had selling a home. It sold quickly and for top dollar (over asking).

Erin is the best! As first time homebuyers who really didn’t know what we were doing, Erin helped guide us in the right direction from start to finish. She made the whole process much easier than we were anticipating. You can usually pick up on someone’s intentions pretty quickly, and right from the beginning, we could tell her intentions were genuine and that she saw us as people and not just a potential sale. First with recommended painters, and other workers to spiff up the place.  First to respond to our questions.  Flexible as our competing schedules need to be accommodated. Erin has been an incredible agent for us. Not only did Erin sell our house above asking price by emphasizing and recognizing what was unique about it, but also, this was after other agents told us to price it much lower using bad comps. Throughout the process she was gracious, consistent, and communicative. She managed to organize the entire deal in just a few weeks as well. During the process, Erin went to bat for us several times, even long after the home sale was completed, to ensure that every step of the process was carried out correctly and fairly.
