I have been sober since August 2016, and a portion of my income each year is donated to WellStrong in Falmouth—a nonprofit fitness and wellness community designed specifically for people in recovery. WellStrong provides a safe and supportive space where individuals can rebuild their strength—both physically and mentally—through movement, mindfulness, and shared experience. Recovery changed my life, and supporting organizations like WellStrong is one way I can help others find their way too.
