Hello

Hi, I'm Erin Terkelsen

Anchored on the Upper Cape, where I live with my family—both human and corgi—my work as a Realtor® is defined by tenacity, strategy, and a well-placed sense of humor. I don’t just help clients buy or sell homes; I help them build their future. Whether it’s a dream home, a smart investment, or a downsizing plan years in the making, I approach every transaction with relentless determination—part detective, part treasure hunter, always persistent. I focus on the Upper and Outer Cape but have helped clients buy and sell across the region. Unlike those who chase volume, I prioritize quality over quantity—fewer clients, more attention, and better results. When you work with me, you get an agent who listens, strategizes, and works tirelessly to get you where you want to be.

With a background that includes 25 years in the high-pressure world of professional kitchens, culminating as an Executive Chef at a Boston law firm, I know how to thrive in environments where every second counts. That same sense of urgency and adaptability now drives my work in real estate. I’m direct, efficient, and unafraid to tell it like it is—whether it’s advising on the art of pricing a home or spotting hidden potential others overlook. My experience serving on Mashpee’s Conservation and Sewer Commissions, as well as the Sandwich Conservation Commission, provides valuable insights into local regulations, permitting, land use, and the nuances of town government. I bring unmatched dedication and resourcefulness to every client I work with, ensuring that no opportunity is left unexplored.

Beyond the business, I believe in gratitude, humility, and giving back. I have been sober since August 2016, and a portion of my income each year is donated to WellStrong in Falmouth—a nonprofit fitness and wellness community designed specifically for people in recovery. WellStrong provides a safe and supportive space where individuals can rebuild their strength—both physically and mentally—through movement, mindfulness, and shared experience. Recovery changed my life, and supporting organizations like WellStrong is one way I can help others find their way too. At the end of the day, real estate is about more than just transactions—it’s about people, their dreams, and the communities we build together.

I was so lucky to have come across...
